HOA & Community Landscaping in Palm Beach, Broward & Miami-Dade

Your community's entrance, common areas and streetscapes are the first thing residents and prospective buyers see. They are also the first thing residents complain about at board meetings. Diamond Landscapes runs grounds maintenance programs for homeowners associations and master-planned communities across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. More than 36 HOA communities trust us with that work.

Built for boards and community managers

Board members are volunteers with limited time, and community association managers juggle several properties at once. Our programs are designed so you aren't chasing your landscaper:

  • The same crew, on a set schedule. You won't get a rotating cast of contractors. Residents see familiar faces, and the work stays consistent from visit to visit.

  • A dedicated account manager. One point of contact who knows your property, your contract scope and your board's priorities.

  • Board reporting. Clear service reports and documentation you can include in the board packet, so decisions are easier to explain to residents.

  • Proactive communication. We flag irrigation problems, declining turf, tree hazards and storm-prep needs before they turn into resident complaints.

Designed for South Florida conditions

South Florida communities deal with a year-round growing season, a summer rainy season, hurricane season and water-use restrictions. Our experienced horticulture and tree-care team plans around all of it: mowing frequency that follows the growth cycle, irrigation schedules that follow local watering rules, and palm and tree trimming timed ahead of storm season.

Switching landscape vendors

Many communities come to us after a run of unreliable contractors. We start with a free property assessment and walk the community with your manager or board representative. Then we put the scope, the schedule and pricing in writing on our estimate, so the board knows exactly what it's approving.

Our clients stay with us: we have a 98% client retention rate and have served South Florida for 15+ years.

Frequently asked questions

How often should an HOA's common areas be mowed in South Florida?

During the warm, wet months, turf grows fast, and most communities need weekly mowing. In the cooler, drier months, growth slows and a less frequent schedule may be enough. We set the frequency in your service plan.

Can you work with our property management company?

Yes. We work directly with community association managers and boards, and your account manager can be the single point of contact for both.

What should a board look for when comparing landscape bids?

Compare the scope line by line: mowing frequency, which areas are included, irrigation checks, tree and palm work, and how storm cleanup is handled. Ask how often the same crew services the property and what reporting the board will receive.

What are the watering rules for community irrigation?

SFWMD's year-round landscape irrigation rule prohibits landscape watering between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and limits it to two or three days a week, depending on your local government. Reclaimed water is exempt. Check your exact days with SFWMD's lookup tool at lwr.sfwmd.gov or with your city or county.
