Landscape Design & Installation in South Florida
A good South Florida landscape has to look great on day one and still look great after its first rainy season, its first dry winter and its first storm. Diamond Landscapes provides design-build landscaping for HOA communities, commercial properties and residential estates across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Plants that fit the place
Our experienced horticulture and tree-care team favors plants suited to South Florida's heat, humidity, sandy soils and salt exposure. That usually means a mix of Florida natives and well-adapted tropicals. The right plant in the right spot needs less water, less fertilizer and less replacement over time.
For communities and estates
For HOAs, we handle entrance features, common-area renovations and phased upgrades the board can budget over time. For homeowners, we design and install full-property and front-yard transformations, plus pool-area landscaping.
We've served South Florida for 15+ years and are rated 4.8 on Google.

Frequently asked questions
What are Florida-Friendly plants?
Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ is a University of Florida/IFAS program that promotes putting the right plant in the right place to reduce water and fertilizer use. Many native and well-adapted plants qualify.
When is the best time to install a landscape in South Florida?
Planting can happen year-round. Installing at the start of the rainy season (roughly late May–June) helps new plants establish with less supplemental watering, while winter planting avoids peak heat stress.
Do new plantings need extra water?
Yes, new plants and sod usually need more frequent watering while they establish. Watering rules often include a temporary allowance for new landscaping. Check your local rules or SFWMD's site at lwr.sfwmd.gov before increasing irrigation.
Do HOA homeowners need approval before landscape changes?
Many associations require architectural review approval for visible landscape changes. Check your HOA's governing documents before starting a project.
