Residential Landscape Maintenance for South Florida Homes
Owning a larger property in South Florida means the landscape never takes a season off. Diamond Landscapes provides premium recurring maintenance for homeowners across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. You get consistent crews, consistent scheduling and an account manager who knows your property.
Not a mow-and-go service
Many lawn services rush in, mow, blow and leave. Our residential programs look after the whole property: turf, beds, hedges, palms, irrigation and plant health. Because the same crew services your property on a set weekly or biweekly schedule, they learn its quirks, from the zone that always runs dry to the hedge that needs a lighter touch.
A named account manager
You get one person to call or email about anything: adding seasonal color, preparing for a party, scheduling extra palm work before storm season, or flagging an irrigation problem. Service details, pricing and scope are agreed with you directly and confirmed on your estimate and invoice.
Planned for South Florida's year
Our experienced horticulture and tree-care team adjusts care through the year. That means more frequent mowing and trimming during the summer growing season and irrigation schedules that follow local watering rules. It also means palm and tree attention ahead of hurricane season and turf programs timed around fertilizer restrictions.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose weekly or biweekly service?
During the summer growing season, many South Florida lawns grow fast enough to need weekly mowing. Biweekly may be enough in cooler months or for lower-maintenance landscapes. We recommend a schedule after seeing the property.
Is my HOA responsible for my yard?
It depends on your community. Some HOAs maintain front yards or all lots, while others leave it to each owner. Check your association's governing documents.
What height should St. Augustinegrass be mowed to?
UF/IFAS generally recommends mowing most St. Augustinegrass cultivars at a relatively high height, about 3.5 to 4 inches. Dwarf varieties are mowed lower. Mowing too short stresses the turf.
What are the watering rules for my home?
SFWMD's year-round landscape irrigation rule prohibits landscape watering between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and limits it to two or three days a week, depending on your local government. Reclaimed water is exempt. Check your exact days with SFWMD's lookup tool at lwr.sfwmd.gov or with your city or county.
