Commercial Landscape Maintenance for South Florida Properties
For an office park, retail center or apartment community, the landscape is part of the tenant experience and part of the property's value. Property managers need a grounds partner who shows up on schedule, keeps the site to one standard and communicates without being chased. That is the service Diamond Landscapes provides across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
What property managers get
-
Reliable scheduling. Consistent crews and a set service day, so tenants and on-site staff know when to expect us.
-
One point of contact. We handle your requests, from adding seasonal color to sending a crew after a storm.
-
Scope you can verify. Service details, pricing and scope are agreed up front and confirmed on the estimate and invoice, so the bill matches the work.
-
Problems reported early. Broken irrigation heads, dying shrubs and hazardous limbs get flagged before they turn into tenant complaints or liability issues.
Portfolio-friendly
If you manage several properties, one landscape partner across the tri-county area makes budgeting and communication simpler. We've served South Florida since 2019.
Built around South Florida's seasons
Our experienced horticulture and tree-care team adjusts the program through the year. Mowing and trimming pick up during the summer growing season. Irrigation follows local watering-day rules. Palm and tree work is scheduled before hurricane season, and storm cleanup is coordinated afterward.
Getting started is simple. We walk the property with you, review what matters most to your tenants and ownership, and give you a clear estimate.

Frequently asked questions
Can you service multiple properties under one account?
Yes. We serve commercial properties throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, and we can coordinate across your portfolio.
How is pricing set for commercial maintenance?
Pricing depends on the property's size, the service frequency and the scope. We agree on the details with you directly and confirm them on the estimate and invoice.
When should commercial trees and palms be trimmed for hurricane season?
Ideally before the peak of the season, which runs from June 1 to November 30. Pre-season trimming removes dead fronds and weak limbs that can become debris. Avoid over-pruning palms ("hurricane cuts"), which can weaken them.
What watering rules apply to commercial irrigation?
SFWMD's year-round landscape irrigation rule prohibits landscape watering between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and limits it to two or three days a week, depending on your local government. Reclaimed water is exempt. Check your exact days with SFWMD's lookup tool at lwr.sfwmd.gov or with your city or county.
